Recently bought 2024 Lexus ES300 Hybrid. Sales rep David and Sales manger Nick was professional and willing to make a sales! Nick and David really tried to meet the needs of the customer! I am happy with my purchase and recommend this dealer. And also, Sales manager Junious is a GREAT guy!!! However, recently got a alignment service, gentleman named: Marc, not a very pleasant service tech to deal with….. Why he was so rude, I have no ideal… I assume he had one of those bad days?? Over all, good people and professioanl setting. Give a Lexus of Thousand Oaks a try!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I made an appointment last week for 6:30pm the next day for a car. I drove over 100 miles to see this car & as I show up, they told me the car sold "40 minutes ago". They did not text me, call me or anything telling me not to come anymore since the cars in the process of being sold. Absolutely nothing. What kind of dealership does that? Makes appointments for a car & sells the car and doesn't even tell the person that made the appointment. It's ridiculous and they give zero consideration about your time. At least have the decency of telling the customer you made an appointment with not to come. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They acted like they didn't care either. Didn't offer alternatives or try making up for it. Just said "I understand I understand I understand"

So I tried buying a 2007 Mustang from this dealership. I had been communicating with the salesperson via text to get the out the door price which he provided to me. I told the sales person that I was coming from La Verne which is over 60 miles one way and was planning on buying the car with my credit card. My son then drove me to the dealership a few days later and waited till I gave him the ok to leave. When I arrived, the sales person was nice and seemed to be very upfront in detailing the issues the car had. We test drove the car and I decided to move forward with the purchase. I then gave my son the thumbs up so that he could leave. The sales person came back with a summary of the numbers. Within the summary there was a line item that was non specific that was over $1k plus. Originally I had thought it was the sales tax but that was already listed on another line. I questioned the $1k plus charge and the sales manager gave me a generic explanation on that additional $1K plus cost and showed me a sheet with 25 plus line items which I felt was a bit of a diversion tactic. The kicker was that the original payment method that I was going to use had a cap that the dealership did not tell me ahead of time and the only option they gave me was to pay the rest cash or check. I was now stuck at this dealership with no ride back which I eventually had to Uber which was a $70 plus charge. For a simple purchase of a used car that I was planning on purchasing outright turned out to be a huge waste of my time along with a charge to get back home. Sales manager seemed very unsympathetic. The irony is that this was a secondary project car for myself and that I was planning on purchasing a lexus later. Wasn't a fan of dealerships in the beginning due to the tactics they use. This didn't help. Would not use this dealership based on the experience.

I recently purchased my LC 500 from Lexus of Thousand Oaks and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism throughout the entire process. Nick and Jesus were great every step of the way. I will definitely continue business with this team.

Lainie Cabral truly made our purchase a miracle. We were desperately searching for the same model as our daughters car, and she made it happen. She went above and beyond to make that purchase happen and we are very grateful. She picked me up from the train station just so I could pick up the car right in the morning as they opened. 10/10 experience and highly recommend.

***generic response from them and no I still don’t have a title**** Took 5 calls today to try to get a hold of someone to help me. Had tho call the Mercedes store. Shady and unethical business practices!! Refused to set up financing with Lexus for me because I don’t live in California. They changed my email with Lexus to avoid a “bad survey” that they told me would be coming. Made me send them a copy of a cashiers check and plane ticket before they would hold the car for me. Then I arrived early and even with all the information they needed to do the paperwork I still waited for over 3 hours and they weren’t even busy!! Finance manager said they would pick me up from the airport or reimburse my Uber expense but they did not. Don’t waste your time with these shysters! Over a month later still have not received my title!!
